What options do employers have to register employees?

Employers can choose from four flexible enrollment methods:

Private Learning Session

Book a private Zoom session for your team. You select the date and time. Special rates for Premier and Preferred Partnership Members.
No certificates are issued for private sessions.
Ideal For: Group training or team refreshers

How To Book:

Contact the OPSWA Education Team to request your preferred date and time. Sessions are delivered live via Zoom and tailored to your organization’s needs.

Pre‑paid Course Code

Purchase course codes in advance. You control who receives each code, which course(s) it applies to, and its value. Employees create their own PDC accounts and redeem the code at checkout.
Ideal For: Employers who want staff to self‑enroll independently

How To Book:

Email the Education Team with:
     - The course(s) you’d like to include
     - The number of codes required
     - The total value per code (discount in $ or %, full course fee)
You’ll receive an invoice and a list of unique codes to distribute to your employees.

Manual Enrollment by OPSWA Education Team

Pre‑pay for courses and have OPSWA manually enroll your employees. You must provide each employee’s first and last name and a valid email address to create their accounts.
Ideal For: Employers managing large groups or multiple courses

How To Book:

Email the Education Team a spreadsheet or list containing:
     - Employee first and last names
     - Valid email addresses
     - Selected course(s)
OPSWA will create accounts and enroll each participant once payment is received.

Reimbursement Option

Share the PDC website with employees and offer reimbursement once they submit their issued invoice.
Ideal For: Employers who prefer flexible, employee‑initiated enrollment
