A full day of practical training, connection, and skill-building designed specifically for Personal Support Workers.
This hybrid event brings PSWs together—both in person and online—to strengthen professionalism, enhance confidence, and support high-quality, person-centred care across Ontario.
Virtual Ticket - This ticket provides full virtual access to OPSWA’s PSW Professional Development Day. Online participants join the training live through an interactive virtual platform, with opportunities to engage in discussions, scenario-based activities, and collaborative learning alongside in-person attendees.
In-Person Ticket - This ticket reserves your spot on site at OPSWA’s PSW Professional Development Day in Cambridge. In-person participants will take part in a full day of interactive learning, hands-on activities, and scenario-based discussions designed to strengthen professionalism, communication, documentation, and teamwork in real PSW practice.

What to Expect
